Kalisha was created by Aram in 2021 with the goal of bringing dragon staff enthusiasts together to learn, connect, and evolve. Since 2023, Fabio has joined the team, contributing to the organization, communication, and networking of dragon staff spinners from all over the world. Together, they have created an inviting and inspiring space for “Kalishers” to enjoy an unforgettable experience, practicing and learning from internationally renowned teachers. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced spinner, Kalisha is designed for all levels, with a warm and supportive community at its heart.

This year’s Kalisha retreat will take place from Tuesday, May 13th (4 p.m.) to Sunday, May 18th, 2025 (3 p.m.), in a beautiful mansion located near Girona, Spain, and surrounded by nature. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in a unique experience dedicated entirely to the art of dragon staff spinning.

I will be teaching and performing at the Fai Jai Festival, and it’s an honor to be part of the first edition of this new event. I’ll be offering three different workshops, each designed to explore a wide range of technical vocabulary, movements, and stage presence.
