FLOWBONACCI – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION AND OPPOSABILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the basis for commercial negotiation.
Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies buyer’s complete and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
To place an order on the Flowbonacci website, the buyer have to provide all billing and delivering required data and information.
The act of placing an order implies buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 3: PRICES
On the « shop » pages of the Flowbonacci website, prices are net and expressed in Euros, do not include shipping cost, and exclude taxes.
On the « check out » page of the website, prices are expressed in Euros and increased by the VAT applicable on the date of the order.
All taxes, dues, rights or other services of an importer country or transit country are the buyer’s exclusive responsibility.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer.
Upon delivery, the buyer must verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the email address : flowbonacci@gmail.com

ARTICLE 8: RETURNS
Any product returns are subject to a formal agreement between Flowbonacci and the buyer.
The buyer is always responsible for the cost and risk involved when returning products.
No returns will be accepted more than fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Returned goods must be accompanied by a return slip, to be affixed to the parcel, and must be in the condition in which they were delivered by the delivery services.

ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEE
Products are guaranteed by Flowbonacci against any defect in materials or manufacturing.

ARTICLE 10: INVOICING
An invoice is issued for each delivery. An invoice can be sent by email at the buyer’s request, by emailing flowbonacci@gmail.com.

ARTICLE 11: PAYMENT
Payment for Flowbonacci gears is accepted through major credit and/or debit cards or PayPal account. The buyer’s card will be charged directly after an order has been placed. The time taken to process the payment through the buyer’s account will be dependent on the buyer’s card supplier.
