The Tri-Ying heads are made from recycled plastic and each one weighs 280 g.
Flowbonacci Dragon Staff Heads come with a lifetime warranty against breakage, so you can train and perform with peace of mind.
Because of the recycling process, some heads may show slight color variations, with subtle hints of different shades; this doesn’t affect performance or durability, but the final product may differ slightly from the photos.
The carbon tube has a 22 mm (7/8 inch) outside diameter and is covered with the famous Goat Grip: a very durable, structured rubber surface that offers excellent grip and a pleasant touch.
You can choose between:
- One-piece pole: the full dragon staff experience with no compromises.
- Collapsible pole: an excellent option if you travel, with a packed length of 58 cm (about 23 inches). Keep in mind that collapsible poles are inherently a bit more fragile and require more care. However, Flowbonacci collapsible poles are durable, secure and ultra-light, adding only about 60 g compared to a one-piece pole.
Three pole sizes are available. To help you choose the length of your pole, here is a simple size guide based on keeping the staff nicely maneuverable for your height.
- Up to about 1.65 m (5’5″), a 140 cm (55″) staff is recommended
- Between 1.65 m and 1.83 m (5’5″–6’0″), a 145 cm (57″) staff
- Above 1.83 m (6’0″), a 150 cm (59″) staff.
These are only suggestions – your own preference and style are what matter most, so feel free to choose the length that feels right for you.
Two types of hubs are available:
- The classic Spinal Hubs – the lightest option, ideal if you carefully follow the assembly instructions to use them properly and avoid damage. Each Spinal Hub weighs 70 g.
- The new tool-free Plug Hubs V2 – set up your dragon in about one minute; Plug Hubs come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Each Plug Hub weighs 110 g.
This pack includes : one pair of Tri-Ying dragon staff heads, one pair of hubs, one screw set, one Allen key and one Goat Gripped carbon fiber pole – everything needed to get spinning straight out of the box.
Please note:
Flowbonacci hubs are not suitable for fire spokes. Flowbonacci cannot be held responsible for any damage to Goat Gripped carbon fiber poles if they are used with fire dragon staff equipment.
